The comfortable interior spills out onto a shaded courtyard, a perfect retreat after a day in the sun. Two or three persons can be accommodated.

Το παλιό ξυλουργείο και το σιδηρουργείο του Παππού Γιάννη, ενώθηκαν με σεβασμό και έγιναν ένα παραδοσιακό νησιωτικό σπίτι, κρατώντας όσα περισσότερα στοιχεία από το παρελθόν του οικήματος. Βρισκεται 7 περίπου λεπτά από το κέντρο της Σκάλας και από την κοντινότερη παραλία. Κοντά στο σπίτι υπάρχει αρτοποιείο μανάβικο και σούπερ μάρκετ. Η παραλία Μελόι είναι στα 2 λεπτά μακριά με το Αυτοκίνητο και το Αγριολιβαδι στα 6.
