Στο σπίτι ακόμα θα βρείτε parking, πλυντήριο ρούχων, φούρνο, ψυγείο καθώς και μαγειρικά σκεύη. Βρίσκετε σε ήσυχη περιοχή μόλις 7 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την κεντρική πλατεία της πόλης και 500m από τη στάση της Παλιάς Νομικής για το Πανεπιστήμιο. Το διαμέρισμα ανακαινίστηκε το 2021.
