Quinta das Marias, cozy

Access by paved and illuminated street; the balcony and bathroom have a panoramic view of the beach, mountains and forest. The street access is unique, but for the apartment is independent with its own keys. It is 400m to the Historic Center and beaches, I always recommend for walking, they are safe streets and it is close to everything. New facilities, decorated by an architect; each apartment has a bedroom, bathroom, balcony and pantry with MO, minibar and the necessary items for morning coffee or snack. Spots for two medium cars.

We are located on the banks of the Perequê-Açú River, in the calm and wooded Caborê neighborhood, just 10min. from the Historical Center. The region features paved streets, and bike paths. You will stay in a sophisticated apartment, designed and built by the renowned architect of Paraty Zé Cassio. The flat has a large floor with a very spacious and well-equipped bedroom and kitchen, a nice bathroom and a beautiful balcony with breakfast table and chairs sun loungers to admire the beautiful landscape.

We are in a super quiet and tree-lined place, facing the Pereque Açu River and at the same time close to everything! With a nice walk of only 10 minutes along the riverfront you can reach the Historic Center. You can do everything on foot, have access to the most varied activities that happen in the city: Historic Neighborhood, boat trips and at the same time relax in the balcony, in peace and quiet with a beautiful view to the river. The apartment still offers all the necessary comfort.

Suite for 2 people, it has a private bathroom, linens and towels (we do not make replacements). smartv. wifi and work table. There is a minibar, coffee maker and sandwich maker, as well as coffee, sugar, filter (courtesy of the house) and some basic utensils. Parking is free and the swimming pool is shared with other guests. Our location is in the center, one block from the main avenue, three blocks from the Historic Center and four blocks from the bus station.

Walk around the city. We are 350 metres from Jabaquara Beach, close to grocery store, bar , restaurants, snack bars and general commerce.
