It is on the 2nd floor without elevator. At 15 meters from the beach and 10 minutes' walk from l'intra muros and Thermes Marins, it offers the advantage of being able to do everything by foot. The apartment is on the 6th floor (with a lift) and very close to the beach. It has stunning sea views facing west allowing you to enjoy spectacular sunsets. It is situated in a quiet area with with a pub and restaurants at the end of the road. Close by there is also a grocer and a patisserie that make fresh croissants and can give you coffee. L'appartement est au 6ieme etage (avec ascenseur) pres de la plage avec une vue de la mer au dessus des remparts, vers l'ouest .

I offer my characterful house 50 meters from the large Sillon beach. Just renovated, the house consists of 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with double beds and sea view, and a bedroom with bunk bed. The new bathroom consists of an Italian shower, double sink and toilet in a current design. The living room has a large comfortable sofa, an equipped kitchen, a large table, a tv with a neat decoration. You also have an inner courtyard.
