Hi everyone, I am Stefan, Maro’s son. Welcome to my mother’s beautiful apartment in sunny Cyprus. The apartment is newly refurbished (70sq m): 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms + 2 balconies. 1 bedroom is ensuite, the other has a sea view. Beds are all new and super comfortable. There is a shared pool, and you’ll have your own parking space. The nearest beach (called MATH) is only a few minutes away by car. The apartment is just a 10-min drive to Protaras, 15 min to Cape Greco and 20 min to Agia Napa.

Two comfortable bedrooms living room with kitchen, balcony in the first floor Small veranda ground floor 2 wc and two bathrooms Very quite neighborhood. 15 minutes walk to the sea 5 minutes by car. 7 minutes walk to the bus stop , large supermarket restaurant etc. 10 minutes drive to Protaras center and Paralimni town and 15 minutes to Agia Napa.
