Cozy 2-room apartment near the Baltic Sea

Small quiet apartment in the countryside. Franzburg is more a sleepy place with an ice cream shop, Edeka, Sparkasse and pharmacy and does not offer much touristy. Here you should definitely be mobile, as it is a good starting point for day trips in all directions. The Baltic Sea with beautiful beaches on the Darss can be reached after about 40 minutes. The city of Stralsund and the Rügenauffahrt can be reached in about 30 minutes. The well-equipped apartment contains a small kitchen-living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. This includes a parking space, (a balcony ) and use of the Wi-Fi. Towels and made-up beds are provided upon arrival. If required, an extra bed can be made for a child at no extra charge.

Great apartment, large terrace in a prime location

A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and particularly furnished with clay walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It is adjacent to the house, which we as a family with children live on an old three-sided courtyard. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: the Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburger Seenplatte, Peene, Tollense...

Whether for seasonal workers, vacationers or city travelers, our self-contained apartment in a quiet & central location can accommodate up to 4 people. The apartment has a separate entrance. The city center is about2.5 km away, shopping for everyday needs is in the immediate vicinity. For children there are several playgrounds nearby and the connection to the island of Rügen is also very conveniently located. Not only two- but four-legged friends are welcome here.
