Do you recognize this? Suddenly you've had enough. Take a break. Breath break. Relax. You can already see it all in front of you. A detached holiday home with garden. Not on a par. We live in the monumental train station of Exloo from 1903, on the NOLS railway line, from Zwolle to Delfzijl. this railway was established in 1899 and abolished in 1945. This railway is now a beautiful hiking trail! Next to our house is a completely detached and brand new renovated house of 2 floors with enough privacy and private entrance for max. 6 pers. There is free parking, and a private terrace in complete privacy.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten in direkter Wasserlage am Kanal mit traumhaften Blick in die ostfriesische Landschaft. Das Haus wurde umfassend saniert und renoviert. Wichtig war uns dabei, den ursprünglichen Charakter beizubehalten und diesen mit heutigem Wohnkomfort zu verbinden. Regionalität, Nachhaltigkeit und Individualität waren unser Kompass. Am Rande des historischen Dorfkerns in ruhiger Lage, nur einen Katzensprung zum Deich, zum Hafen und zur Fähre nach Ditzum.
