40 m from the lake and the bay. Large single-family home in child-friendly surroundings. Private UTV hot tub. Can provide up to 12 beds. Large new outdoor living room with terrace heater and new fire pit at the back of the house. New outdoor kitchen with gas grill Buried trampoline, outdoor toys and a large sandbox in the garden. Bikes in different sizes can be borrowed. Lots of toys and PlayStation, climbing wall and turn bar for kids in the loft We have a fish pond in the garden. There is the possibility that a boat can be rented. Panorama Hotel and Resort are 10 min away.

Villa close to Bergen close to water and large garden

Relax with your whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Large single-family home of 250 sqm (built in 2016)with a unique location in the summer just off Gullfjellvannet. Possibility to borrow sup board Large outdoor area with large lawn and trampoline. There is a garden table, gas grill and outdoor sofa to relax in. The home is located on two floors, 4 large bedrooms, basement living room, 2 baths. We have baby bed on request. For the children there are football goals, football table games, PlayStation 5, dollhouse and children's bikes. 20 km to Bergen city centre.

Spacious house in rural area. Jacuzzi and sea view

We rent out our holiday home with a very seaside, rural and unspoiled location just before Hellesøy in Øygarden, about an hour's drive from Bergen. Great hiking opportunities in the area, fishing possibilities close to the house and opportunity for boat rental nearby. If you arrive in a boat or rent one, this can be moored on the dock below the house. Here you can relax and enjoy quiet evenings on the terrace while the sun goes down🌞A patio with fire pan and sitting area, and terrace with sitting area and jacuzzi.

Villa right by the lake and large child-friendly park

Vakker, moderne enebolig med flott uteområde. En stor terrasse omgir huset. Terrassen har spisebord, sandkasse, stor trampoline og en lekehytte. Huset har et stort kjøkken i hjerte av huset, med tilhørende romslig stue, 4 soverom og 2 bad. Stedet er kjent for sin fantastiske park rett nedenfor huset, med blant annet fotballbane og et nytt klatrestativ. Det er kun 100 meter til sjøen der man kan nyte en privat liten brygge ved utleier sitt naust.

Architect designed villa by the sea. The Villa is made by the award-winning Canadian architect Todd Saunders. The villa has a large boat house which is perfect for a meal by the sea, a private pier, a stunning garden, a hot-tub and swimming pool which is heated from April until October (about 30 degrees). The house has been location for both a tv-series and a design magasin. We offer our guests to rent our 14 feet boat with 15 hk and room for 5.

Villa Godvik with spectacular view by the sea

A villa/house 12 minutes from Bergen city center by car. It is spacey and has a great location with the most amazing view from both the kitchen and living room windows (see pictures) and all three bedrooms! A great cinema room with large screen and surround system. The villa is located by the sea with a large garden, multiple private areas for barbecuing, dining and recreation, private quay where you can sunbathe or go swimming.

Exclusive villa with stunning views and sunny

Fantastic sea view with the approach to Bergen and very good sunny conditions. Sunset at approx. 23.15 in the month of July. Quiet and peaceful at the end of a private road. Good fishing and swimming opportunities on the island. Fresh fish can also be bought from local fishermen who come in from the sea every morning. Fantastic to kayak in the archipelago. Easy to go to Bergen city centre by car or bus

Large and great home with stunning sea views

Charge your batteries at this unique and quiet place to stay. Here there is large space and lovely panoramic view towards the sea which is located 100 meters from the house. We can almost guarantee that you will see the sea eagles that live the trees right by, soar past the house. The house is close to good fishing possibilities, mountain hiking and renting boats and kayaks
