On the first floor ( but old steep staircase😉) you will find a cozy living room with kitchen. Here is also the staircase to the loft where the sleeping area is. You have access to a private kitchen with a ( simple) cooking facility. The shore is at 50 meters and you have a fantastic view on the beautiful illuminated church tower

From here you also have a phenomenal view of the many towers that Zutphen is rich in. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.
