Der Stadtteil Donnerschwee ist aus einem alten Bauerndorf hervorgegangen, das vermutlich seit dem 9. Jahrhundert bestand. The North Sea Oak of the southern Jadebusen is only 2 km away. The idyllically situated house is also ideal for a multi-generational holiday, for 2 friendly families or for a holiday with friends. The large garden with adjoining lawn and play equipment is fenced and therefore suitable for infants and four-legged children.

In the old school house, the holiday home Alte Schule extends over 2 floors with a living area of about 140 sqm.
