Cozy house with Rosa's face

My space is ideal for those who want to relax and enjoy nature and fresh air! It is close to Praia Rosa Norte +- 15 minutes on foot, and 3/5 minutes from centrinho on foot. You will love my place because of the great location, very quiet and private location, and close to everything (Markets, Pharmacies, Bars/Restaurants, Stores, etc.). The maximum limit is eight people, no loud noise and parties are allowed. Respect Rosa! According to The Guardian newspaper, it is one of the most beautiful bays in the world. Help preserve it!

Property in a condominium with two individual and private units, on different floors. Full kitchen. 350m wifi, 45”smart tv with subscription channels. Showerheads with outdoor boiler heating. BBQ grill. Easy access to the beach in front of the house - 50 meters. Unprotected/barrier pool, so we don't indicate suitable for kids under six who aren't used to a pool. We accept docile medium and small pets, with a single pet fee of R$150.00.
