Bicycles available! There are also beautiful ATB routes nearby that you can try out. You can do shopping in the village itself. If you are looking for a larger shopping center, Gorredijk (known for Rinsma modeplein) Sportstad/Thialf Heerenveen, Drachten, Leeuwarden, and Sneek are also easy to drive to.

This old fisherman's house, built before 1900, is located in old Joure, close to the center. It is a characteristic and cozy house and equipped with all modern comforts. You really feel 'at home' during your holiday. Joure is located in the hearth of the water sports area. Rent a boat or go cycling or hiking through the woods near St. Nicolaasga or along the Frisian Lakes. A beautiful 18-hole golf course can be found in St. Nicolaasga (Burggolf). For children, there is' Swimfun '; recommended.

Welcome to our old farmhouse, part of which has been transformed into an atmospheric B&B. Particularly decorated with lots of art on the wall and a well-stocked bookcase. Ideal stay to stay with children. In a peaceful place in the park with 400 m2 of private land. A games room for the little ones and games for young and old. Watch a DVD on a rainy day. In the summer, there are plenty of facilities in the park, such as a bouncy cushion, swimming beach and playground equipment. Animation during school holidays from the north. It is a detached cottage in the back of the center in Joure. It's a beautiful unique cottage and completely complete. You can walk to the supermarket within 1 minute and to the port and park of Joure within a few minutes. On the ground floor is a toilet, laundry room, open kitchen with a large dining area. And on the upper floor you will find a living room and a bedroom with open shower. Tourist tax €1.00 per person per night, please pay this in cash at check-in.

"Frisian green" has 10 large sun panels on the roof and claims to have all of its energy from the sun next to the stove. The house is ideal for 4 vacationers (max 6 people).
