Upscale Waterfront Condo, Great View, Nice Deck

Upscale/updated condo in Osage Beach (best area @ lake). Beautiful lakeside view from the deck. Custom made walk in shower with handheld body sprayer. Kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, new cabinets, and new appliances. New LVP floors throughout. We doubled the size of the lakeside deck in 2020, it's the largest deck for a 1b/1b condo you'll find anywhere in Lake of the Ozarks. We have the kitchen fully stocked with all the utensils, and cooking equipment you could ever need.

This spacious lakefront home sits on a bluff above the water with 180 degrees of gorgeous views! 6 bed/7 bath home in Tan-Tar Estates and Margaritaville Resort! Enjoy the community pool within walking distance from the house. All the rooms have Ensuite bathrooms. Hop in the car for a 3 minute drive to Margaritaville Resort lakefront area and enjoy many things to do! Sleeps 20. Bring everyone! Our home sits on a large no-wake cove with deep water. This home has been completely updated. It has 4 bedrooms in the main home and a luxurious guest apartment that is separate and perfect for those who need more space with small children, or the members of the group that don't have the kids. No detail has been spared. Sit on the Restoration Hardware patio furniture with the firepit going and the smores cooking while listening to the waves hit the retaining wall.

Located at 1481 Ledges Drive. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath Ledges condo is very clean and has everything you need for a fun vacation getaway. It is located close to many bars/restaurants/pools by land and water. There are several boat and pwc rental companies very close to condo if you don't have your own with you. The property has 2 pools and a sand beach area for you to relax and enjoy. There is a nice deck with a gas grill overlooking the main channel with a fantastic view.
