DO NOT BOOK W/O AWD-4WD IN WINTER. ONE VEHICLE ONLY. Do not book unless you are 24 or older. I am an on-site owner. Second story apartment is next door to my house. 2 mi. from downtown on a private road and 1 mile from US 160, 3 miles to uptown. Not in Aspen Springs. Private, quiet and secluded. Private deck with mountain views. A perfect place for a recharge and a romantic getaway. Plowed in winter but AWD IS REQUIRED. Recycling provided. Heat and water are solar when it's sunny.

One BR, pvt entrance. 2 Adults. Quiet, mountain views 7 miles from town. Bedroom w/ king bed and TV. Full bath. Living area has kitchenette w/frig, microwave, coffee maker and sink , dishes and utensils (no stove). Also, table and chairs, TV in LR and BR We have coffee, tea, etc. Free breakfast burritos for 1st morning. No pets. No smoking in or out.
