Cottage

Set amongst the orange groves, and perfectly located for sandy beaches ( 2km away) and near to Dénia town (5km). The Casita, a small guest house, has NO kitchen, but there is a small fridge, nespresso coffee machine & kettle. It is set in the grounds of our private villa, behind electric gates and with great views from the private terrace. A very tranquil setting but with great access to everything Dénia and the surrounding area has to offer. We look forward to welcoming you here!

La Casita Bombón has a nice garden with a pool and is situated in a quiet place near several beaches. It is a newly renovated small vacation home, has a living room dining room, two bedrooms, open kitchen, bathroom with shower, outdoor toilet and outdoor shower. Wifi fiber cable internet access 300 for uploads and downloads. AA and fans in each room. Two parking spaces. The two benches in the living room are 180cm x 90cm each that can be used as extra beds

The cottage (built between 1910- 1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. In my little vintage tiny house you can enjoy the sun, nature, and our animals. It is a very special place. You open the window and have the oranges close by. You can also enjoy the view of the mountains. The cottage is adjacent to our courtyard from one side, but you have a completely private access and also a beautiful private outdoor seating area with fireplace and small pool among the orange trees.

Era is a beautiful apartment, located in a very quiet village, close to the mountain. Ideal for families with children, for sea lovers (only 15 minutes from Denia beach) and hiking (Marina Alta routes). From the terrace you can see a beautiful view of the valley and the swimming pool.
