Villa with direct access to Lake Orta. The villa is immersed in a garden where you can spend a relaxing day on the shores of the most romantic of Italian lakes. Swimming lake with particularly clear waters. The water temperature is particularly mild and it is possible to swim from the end of May until the beginning of October. It is also ideal as a support point for those who want to visit the many tourist resorts in the area: Orta San Giulio, Lake Maggiore with Stresa and the Borromean Islands, Lake Mergozzo, the Ossola Valley, the Strona Valley, the Valsesia and many others. The house is immersed in nature, reachable only on foot 300 meters from the parking lot, but very close to the lake and the village that offers art and culture, beautiful panoramic views, restaurants and beach. You'll love the tranquility and vastness of the spaces, the views towards the lake and mountains, the intimacy, the exposed ceiling, the comfort, the wide lawn around. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families with kids.

The apartment is on the first floor of a detached house. You can reach it by walking a white road (dirt road) in the middle of meadows and orchards. It is surrounded by greenery and quiet. The view from the chalet is breathtaking and the large terrace allows you to fully enjoy it.
