Renovated, comfortable and quiet house for 4/6 people on the edge of the Saumonards Forest (many running and mountain biking trails). Shops and port at 500 meters. Great boyardville beach facing the fort boyard at 800 meters. You can do everything on foot on Boyardville and visit the island by bike. Bicycle paths in the immediate vicinity (tip: follow towards the braies to cross the salt marsh and see the many birds). Private parking, 2 outdoor areas with plancha and BBQ.
