Top location! Directly located on the beautiful Zuidlaardermeer, near the lively city of Groningen (15 minutes by car, train 10 min). The cozy brink village of Zuidlaren with numerous terraces and restaurants is 6 km away. The location also offers plenty of water sports options such as swimming from the large garden with terrace a/h water, canoeing or paddle boarding (canoes and subs are included). For those who prefer to stay on dry land, there are several cycling and mountain biking trails in the area.

This beautiful holiday home is located on the Hondsrug at the edge of the state forests and is located in a small-scale bungalow park. The house is surrounded by a spacious garden with all day sun, but also plenty of shady spots. Within walking distance are the beautiful swimming pool 't Nije Hemelriek in the woods. Comfortable home on the water, hot tub & stove

This (entire!) house is located at water with a magnificent view. There is also a very luxurious hot tub available, perfect for autumn or winter! The city of Groningen can be reached in 20 minutes by car car. The center of Zuidlaren is easily accessible by bike. There are many possibilities to explore the area: walking, cycling or by boat. Our vacation home is located in a nature reserve. The house with lots of privacy is located on a large private property with parking spaces.

This cottage has recently been completely renovated and equipped with every comfort. The house has a lovely spacious garden with lots of privacy and parking space. Inside you can enjoy a hot bath or light the wood stove comfortably. The forest and two nature swimming pools are less than a 10-minute walk away, where you can go hiking, mountain biking and swimming.
