Cozy condo across the street from Maine's beautiful Pine Point beach. Private entrance with one on-site parking spot. Queen bed in lofted area, full size sleeper sofa on ground level. Efficient kitchen area with fridge, stove, and microwave for preparing small meals. Wifi and TV equipped with a streaming device. Perfect place for one or two people who will spend most of their time enjoying our local trails, beaches, and restaurants before returning to this comfortable and quiet space.

It’s the most wonderful type of the year in Maine. The leaves are red, the crowds are gone, the lobsters are still fresh. The suite is newly renovated with off street parking and a private entrance - Pet friendly! We have all the amenities you’ll need for your vacation including heatpumps in each room as the nights get colder. Set in a peaceful neighborhood, 10 mins to beach, 15 to pier and Old Orchard street. Off leash allowed at all times on the beach!

Luxury Beach Front Condo! Prime Location!

Unless the trip is within the next few weeks, we appreciate it if guests don't book trips that leave a single night open. Generally minimum night stay is 2 nights during the week and 3 nights over the weekend. If you see a 14 day minimum, it’s only to prevent the reservation from leaving a single night open. #4 Vintage Cottage walk to the beach and Pier!

3 night Min. stay 6/1 to Labor Day. Cottage 4 is a 2 bedroom classic cottage with soothing beach colors and well appointed with comfortable furnishings. It is our only cottage with a claw foot bath tub. The cottage has a fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans. The cottage also has a private deck with a gas grill. A short walk, and you are at the 7 mile stretch of sandy beach and pier. Yes we allow pets.
