It offers all amenities that you want from a modern accommodation such as washing machine, dishwasher and air conditioning. The house was built in 2022 and from the patio and loft you see the sea. Space to sit and eat both inside and outside, even possibility to barbeque. In a few minutes by foot, you're down and dip into the sea. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed and in the loft there are 4 mattresses (80 cm). Parking space at Framnäs (Björkö) is available to borrow when you rent this property.

Hot tub, sauna and sea swimming - Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home with almost all the facilities one needs. We have three rooms with beds for two people in each room. In addition, we have two extra beds to use for those of you who have children with you. Or it may be possible to rent the attefallstugan separately. It is a hidden idyll that was once a holiday island for Volvo employees. At that time, the island was called Trälen. You see Björkö, Karlatornet and Marstrand from the island.

Great panoramic view over Lerum city and lake of Aspen. The apartment is 30 sqm located in the basement of a house with its own private Sauna and a lovely Bathtub in the middle of living room. Private entrance, well secluded from the rest of the house and with full privacy. Private kitchen and bathroom. All areas in the apartment has seaview and there is a roofed terrace outside. Small villa of 65 sqm on the return street with its own parking place, corner land to nature and terrace south facing with barbecue, accessible wood-fired independent sauna plus separate gym with porch. Villa Hällene is a modern wooden house, located next to the famous Pilane sculpture park in pristine rocky landscape. The house is very bright and surrounded by a large wooden terrace with dining and sunbathing areas and a sauna. The house has an open-plan cooking, dining and living area that is open to the roof. On a gallery on the second floor is a second large living room. The nearest bathing site with a small beach and cliffs can be reached in 10 minutes by bike (available in the house).

The basement apartment, for you to rent, is a part of our house. It is close(200 m) to a bus stop and the city centre is 15 minutes away(by bus). Our house is close(800 m) to Kviberg multisport center. You can go skiing in the middle of summer in Skidome at the "Prioritet Serneke Arena". We offer a calm living in a Villa area. My family consists of me and my wife and our two cildren. Noise from children is OK for us around the clock, but it is no good for party life.- Welcome!

We rent out our wonderful guest house in Hanhals. Closer to the sea is hard to come by. Quiet and quiet location with nature conservation area all around. A paradise for birds!
