Mashes Sands Coastal Cottage

Come make some amazing memories in this home away from home. Newly renovated 3/2 home right off of Mashes Sands Road in Panacea. Home sits on canal and features pole barn with concrete floor for covered boat parking or additional outdoor space. Primary bedroom has king size bed while the other two have queen beds. All bedroom have smaller tv's. All tv's are smart tv's and home has cable and internet. Five minute drive to public beach and boat ramp access at end of Mashes Sands Road.

Our Hip Nautic beach house on Alligator Point is located on a private beach where you can escape the crowds, enjoy a white sand beach, incredible wildlife of dolphins, sea turtles, bald eagles, deer, and much more. Relax to a simpler life that hasn't given way to high-rises and commercialism. Great local restaurants are 15 minutes from your doorstep. Tallahassee airport is a 50 minute drive. Our 4 bedroom, 2 bath beach house sleeps 10 and has incredible views.

Large Studio Apartment with a private entrance on the first floor with captivating Gulf Beach View throughout the apartment. Nice bathroom with a shower. Enjoy eating breakfast on the back porch with the breath-taking ocean view. Sleeps nicely two adults and two children with a queen size bed and folding futon sofa bed. You will be 800 feet from the top-rated Bald Point Park with nice picnic areas, hiking trails, and fishing pier. The house has direct, private access to the beach.

Experience old Florida in this 1950's 1 bedroom 1 bathroom bungalow located on a tropical spit along the Forgotten Coast. Unplugged sits nestled in between the Gulf of Mexico and Alligator Harbor with beach on one side and a bay-side boat ramp on the other. The house sleeps two in the main bedroom, two on a sofa bed in the living area, and has a small bunk room off the porch that can accommodate two children. Sorry, we do not accept pets.
