Charming, updated cottage. Wifi and space to work. Located between Bethany Beach, DE and Ocean City, MD, Fenwick is known as 'The Quiet Resort.' One block to beach. The cottage is the perfect size for a couple or small family. Sitting on a lovely, quiet block, between the ocean and the bay, the cottage is a quick walk to fine dining, pubs and shopping. The cottage comes with two beach chairs and an umbrella, an outdoor shower (handy when coming home from the beach!), and a beach parking pass.

Adults, kids, and furry friends will all have the best time living on the bay! Enjoy a short 1 block walk to direct beach access in beautiful South Bethany beach. We just purchased this home in December 2021 and completed a full custom renovation, similar to our beach house in Rehoboth. You can follow along on Insta gram at Beachhouseimpossible. 2 miles to downtown Bethany’s main strip of shops & restaurants. Accessible by car, or walking on the path right outside our door!

Quite possibly the coolest home in Ocean City. You are in the heart of Ocean City without all the noise. Four blocks from the ocean and boardwalk. Lots of fun boat watching and fishing off the back pier. This home is over 50 years old and takes a beating from the water so if you want a modern perfect rental this is not the home for you. If your group wants a unique experience that they will talk about the rest of their lives then you should definitely book this home.

Community Pools & Gym available. Basketball, Tennis, Shuffleboard, Sand volleyball court, and Children's Playground access incl. Grocery Store at entrance to the neighborhood (2 min drive or a 10 min walk!) We are minutes drive to multiple beaches, shopping, restaurants & family fun!
