Quiet neighborhood. Remodeled bedroom and bath. There is a small table and chairs, desk with coffee and tea area , mini refrigerator, microwave , coded key for the door, and completely separate Entry and living space. You don’t have to see me, but the walls are connected. We have a fan on for white noise and there is a portable heater.. Please no smoking of any kind . We don’t allow pets. 2 adult Max . :2.2 miles to bethel church and 3.5 miles to the civic center. 2 miles from the I-5 North

Spend time in a quiet getaway situated in the peaceful outdoors. Relax on the back patio, spend time with your pup in the gated front yard or enjoy the cool of the AC inside. Shasta Lake, Shasta Dam and Centimudi boat ramp are only two miles away. There are a couple great hikes and walks close by also. At the Airbnb, there is a circular driveway with room to park a boat/trailer. Be on the watch for the wild deer and turkeys. Step outside at night to hear the chorus of frogs.
