Modern house on the sea plot with a private jetty secluded location

You will love my place because of the nature, the sun from morning till night, the tranquility, the sea, the giant windows. Enjoy the tranquility, wildlife. The house was built to make you feel you are in the middle of the countryside but indoors. Feel free to take forest hikes in the near area. You can get to the house with the motorboat with a 4 hp rowboat, which is included, as it is about a 500m forest walk through the forest from the parking lot. In winter you walk through the forest if the boat is not in the water.

Holiday home by the forest and ocean

Holiday house of 70 sqm and loft located on idyllic Mättingeudden 20 min south of Trosa. Lush forest plot with breakfast spot on the house entrance side facing east. To the west there is a large patio under the roof that turns into a mountain bunk. Between the tribes, you glimpse the water down on the Tvären/sea about 80m away. There is a sun and swimming area with evening sun and possibility to barbeque. There is also part of a pier with space for your own boat inside Mättingeviken about 450m away.

Nice farmhouse with history from the nineteenth century

Cozy farmhouse with history from the nineteenth century. Here you live nicely and sleep well, perfect starting point for excursions! Close to road 52, in the middle of the community and a horse feed factory in the local area that can sound daytime weekdays, but in the evenings and on weekends it is quiet. You charge the electric car at Stigtomtagården, just a short walk away. 15 km to Nyköping, 10 min to Skavsta airport, 30 min to Kolmården Zoo, 5 km to Norrköping and 10 km to Stockholm.

Beautiful living in the countryside of Sweden.

Perfect house for bigger groups and families with children. The house is renowated 2017. Two bathroom, 6 bedrooms and a large dining area with a bar. The house has a fantastic view over the lake and the yard have plenty of activities for the whole family. Big outdoor area with pool and sauna, barbeque house with room for 14-16 people. Playground for the kids, donkeys, horses, rabbits, sheep on the farm. Only 60 min from central part of Stockholm. 20 min from Nyköping.
