Urban living next to oldtown, fair easily accessib

Our apartment is located 500 m from the old town of Nuremberg. You can walk into the city, to many museums and sights in only a few minutes. To the airport you can go by metro in only 19 minutes. To the fair you can also go by metro (13 minutes) or by car (about 20 minutes). The building is an historic building, completely renovated this year. We will furnish it with a mixture of new modern furniture and antique furniture, everything in white and grey with natural wood elements.

Beautiful, bright and high-quality flat (115m²) on the second floor including balcony (10m²) and elevator. 1 large box spring bed 220x220, sofa bed with spring core extendable 170x200 and a chaise longue. Bathroom with 1mx1m shower. Washbasin, WC, urinal Right in the heart of Nuremberg just in the middle of the old town with a beautiful view across the fountain "Ehekarusell" and the tower "Weißer Turm". Subway station only 50 meters away, perfect to explore Nuremberg.

Welcome to the lovingly and comfortably furnished apartment. It is very centrally located and offers views of Nuremberg's historic city wall. Subway station and tram stop are in the immediate vicinity (main station 2min, airport 12min). The square of the famous Christkindlesmarkt can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes, the local recreation area Wöhrder See in about 15 minutes. Many attractive pubs and bars are just a short distance from the apartment.

The friendly furnished apartment is located on the 3rd floor, below the main apartment, with separate entrance, kitchen and bathroom. Downtown is a 10 minute walk, metro, S-Bahn, S-Bahn and buses are in the immediate vicinity. It is in the trendy Gostenhof district with lots of cafes, bars and restaurants. The apartment is suitable for business travelers, but also for solo travelers and couples. Despite its central location, the apartment is quiet.

Holiday home Comfort Living.

Attractive and quiet 3 room apartment centrally located and train station close by ideal for business people, trade fair visitors and tourists. All public transport, shopping and old town are within walking distance. The Christmas Market is easy to reach a 15-minute walk through Christmas decorated streets and you usually need to reach the fair for a maximum of 15 minutes by subway (there are only 5 stops from us).

The house, dating back to 1714, has something like a good spirit and is located two corners of the pub district. NEW⭐️NEW⭐️NEW Unfortunately, we had repeated bad experiences with pets. A former attic in a charming old building was expanded into a studio with attention to detail in 2016. There's hardly anything to buy in it. A small rooftop exit overlooks the rooftops of Nuremberg. In the cozy and unique space you just feel at home and can enjoy the tranquility. Centrally yet very quietly located, you can reach the center of Nuremberg in 10 minutes by metro.
