I asked and next to the university in the lush landscape of Puijonlaakso, a new curtain triangle with a glazed balcony and sauna. A parking space with a pole next to the entrance. Step-free access to the apartment. Downtown Kuopio is 2.5km away. In front of the apartment, there is a bus stop with two lines in 10 minutes to the center of Kuopio. From the apartment, you can easily access the Puijonlaakso hiking trails, along which you continue to Puijo. Also next door to the beautiful Frog Pond and cozy park area with beaches.

The modernly furnished bright apartment is located on the 9th floor of the tower house completed in the spring of 2022 with great views over the city to Kallavesi. The market or harbor is less than a mile away, so the city center and harbor are just around the corner with its diverse restaurants, shops, and events. On the ground floor of the house there is a K-Supermarket, lunch and fast food restaurants, a barber shop and a florist. Next to the house is Kuopio's P-Matka Center with train and bus station.

This beautiful and spacious holiday villa is located in middle of Finland 58km from Jyväskylä, which is the center of WRC Finland event, and even closer to some of the rally stages. The downstairs apartment of this semi-detached house is all in your use with the big garden area and the beach. Also the popular national park of Konnevesi and the best fishing possibilities in southern Finland are just nearby. You can rent the outside jacuzzi and summer time the beach house separately.
