Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 25 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. We rent a spacious, bright and fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment of 52sqm in our house from the 70's. The apartment has its own entrance and is completely renovated with fine modern materials. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating under the light gray concrete floor which extend through the entire apartment. New modern kitchen from Ballingslöv with everything you need to cook for one or more people. The apartment has an open floor plan.

Accommodation at the lovely Tyresö reserve. 100 meters to Långsjön where you can have a cozy picnic and watch the sun go down. Swim at the cliffs. We have 2 canoes that you can borrow. Lovely nature but still close to the city. There are also bicycles to rent for 50 SEK/day Approx 1 hour by car from Arlanda . City about 25 minutes. It is not allowed to have parties or friends visiting. Age limit is 25 years.
