Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Unwind in this unique and quiet home with proximity to both the forest and the beautiful Torne river. Two km from the cottages there is a swimming area with a sandy beach. It is six kilometers to the village of Jukkasjärvi where the famous ice hotel is located. There is also a grocery store and old historical buildings such as 400 year old church, homestead with food service as well as the possibility of fishing trips along the Torneälven river and other tourist activities such as sled dog tours, scooter tours, snowmobile tours

Architect-designed Archipelago house on small island in Piteå

Unwind in this one-of-a-kind and quiet space. Depending on the season, crossing to the island with a small boat included in the rental rental takes place. In winter we arrange shuttle service with snowmobile. The island is close to central Piteå (6km) and only 400 meters from the mainland. The hot tub is 38 degrees all year round. Wood-fired sauna available on site. Here you enjoy the northern nature. Midnight sun in summer and the northern lights in the winter. Transfer to and from Luleå AirPort we can usually arrange for price surcharges.

Peaceful and cosy living at the end of the road, the sea next. Good opportunities to see the Northern Lights, the outdoor lighting can be turned off completely if you do not want to get light sources that disturb the view of the sky. Access to wood-burning sauna. Indoor fireplace for coziness. The forest in direct vicinity for, for example, forest skiing trips or hiking in autumn. Rich wildlife with the opportunity to see, among other things, wild mammals and birds of prey. In summer, two kayaks can be rented.

This is a comfortable modern house in the nature overlooking a beautiful calm river Luleälv. Panorama windows, large terrace with views and lots of light. Calm beautiful area less than 1 hour from higher mountains and 10 minutes in car for shops. Very private perfect for nature excursions, kayak, skiing, cross country or slalom or just relaxing in the middle of the nature and enjoying wildlife and nature. It´s a dream from children and safe, also perfect for well behaved dogs.

Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. Car traffic is almost non-existent, only a few private cottages nearby with private road / dead ends. The cottage is 90 sqm with 40 sqm loft and equipped for 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each and a double bed on the loft, kitchen, living room, bathroom with shower and WC. (Blinding curtains in the two bedrooms, not on the loft)

Nybyggd vackert belägen stuga i fantastisk miljö, lugnt precis vid en fors i Arjeplogsströmmarna. Fantastiskt fiske. Brygga och grillplats. Helt ensamt läge. Det har även visat sig vara ett bra ställe för att se Norrsken eftersom det inte finns några gatlysen som lyser och stör observationerna under den mörka tiden på året. Dock finns det inga garantier att man ser det om inte förutsättningarna är dom rätta.
