Apartment in the house Wadden Sea in Emden in the listed townhouse at Petkumer Strasse 17 The modern non-smoking apartment,with its own entrance and a living area of about 200 sqm has a total of 4 large bedrooms with each a double bed, wardrobe , chest of drawers, nightstand The rooms are as follows : 1 floor - a room with a double bed, wardrobe ,desk and chest of drawers - a sofa in the living area and a chest of drawers - In the living area there is a TV, free Wi-Fi access to the usual conditions. - The kitchenette with the cozy dining area includes a fridge/freezer, kettle, oven with ceramic hob, coffee machine, microwave and toaster. - a bathroom with shower Floor 2 - 3 bedrooms each with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and 1 bedroom with desk - the beautiful bright reading room - bathroom with bathtub Of course, we provide you with the first set of bed linen,as well as hand towels and a hair dryer free of charge. Final cleaning €195 interim cleaning (if desired) by arrangement. New bed linen €20 New towels 15€ In the upper apartment no animals are allowed due to the parquet and the historic staircase. There is no smoking in the entire building. On request we can provide you with a high chair and/or a baby cot. Treat yourself to a break by the sea in my modern newly renovated (Jan. 2021) apartment with upscale facilities, large beds (new comfort mattresses) and balcony. Located directly behind the dike in a quiet side street. Bakeries and restaurants a few meters away. Wifi. A travel cot for children has additional comfortable space. Sheets and towels. Non smoking. Allergy friendly. Therefore no pets allowed. 1 free parking space. Surcharge from 3rd person, also for children.

120 modern, magnificent sqm on the North Sea

Aloa, please read the description carefully. Most of the questions on their own are answered on their own. Also all kinds of misunderstandings. If I have to read again that the place is very outside or it is "just an apartment" and not an entire house, then I have to cry. The apartment is 120 square meters and can accommodate 8 adults and a baby. There are four euros per day (plus baby) to pay 99 euros. Each additional person costs 15 euros. A holiday snapper!

Just to relax

The town center is around the street corner - the main beach exactly five minutes away. I offer you a cozy attic apartment about 40 square meters on the 2nd floor. The apartment has a living room with integrated kitchen and dining table from which you have a wonderful view of the harbor home. In the living room, the couch can be turned into a double bed. The bedroom has a large bed with a continuous mattress; also a travel cot for toddlers can be set up.

Gemütl. Fewo with roof terrace and views of the countryside

Our apartment with large roof terrace is located on the outskirts of the north with stunning views of wide countryside and yet you are in a few minutes on foot in the beautiful city center with its historic houses and various shopping opportunities. The sea with beautiful sandy beach is just a few minutes away by car. A trip too different North Sea Islands is definitely worth it. In the winter months, we enjoy the sunset behind our property. Wonderful!

The small fine studio is about 30 square meters and has a beautiful large south-facing balcony with a large awning over the entire width of the balcony. A morning breakfast can hardly be more beautiful. There is a comfortable sofa bed, as well as a bunk bed for one person just above the sofa bed and the small pantry kitchen is used to prepare Frisian delicacies. One hallway separates the apartment from a bathroom with a shower, toilet and the sink.

Great connections to the city, the village or the sea. From our apartment, you are on the water within minutes. 10 minutes drive to the Timmeler Meer or about 40 minutes to the North Sea. For shopping excursions and sightseeing in 15 minutes in the historic old town of Leer (East Frisia). Available are two bedrooms for 2 persons each and a sofa bed for also 2 people in the living room. Also in the spacious garden,you can enjoy the holiday.

Modern apartment (house built in 2008, last renovated in 2019) with a partially covered terrace, garden & barbecue in a quiet location directly behind the dike. The beach in Harlesiel and the port of Carolinensiel are only about 10 minutes away by bike. Kurkarrten is not necessary due to the situation in the region "Wangerland".
