Newly built modern cabin by the water.

Newly built modern cabin in a small cabin field. Road all the way to the front and parking on your own plot. The cabin has an extremely nice view of the water, otherwise a very good fishing water. There are large and nice fish of the species trout, sea trout, char and salmon. Behind the cabin there is a bike path that visits great hiking areas. Along the path is Svort Performance, a very nice beach and outdoor area. Free access to shared sauna (about 150 m from the cabin) Included in the rent is a canoe. The oars and vests are in the storage room.

Idyllic guesthouse on farm with boat rentals

Welcome to our guesthouse at Namsenfjorden We are glad that people are enjoying their time on our farm. They give feedback that they are finding peace and that the place has a lot to offer. In the guesthouse it is nice to just be or you can walk in the forest, on the mountain, along the country road or explore the sea life (boat/canoe/kayak) and try your luck at fishing. The guesthouse is small and cosy. Suitable for those traveling alone, but also for family/group, see photo for sleeping places. The house is disposed of alone. Pets are allowed.

Vakkerbo 2 is half of the semi-detached house located at Skorstad on beautiful Otterøya. Beautiful bo 2 gives you access to large porch with ocean view. Here you can enjoy relaxing days with the sea as the nearest neighbor and nice swaberg belonging to the property. Otterøya offers nice hiking opportunities both on foot or by bike. Nice starting point for kayaking and great fishing opportunities. Should the rain pour down, Namsos center is located about 3 miles from the property; here you get good shopping opportunities. Modern cottage with nine beds and fantastic fjord views. Outside area with sun from morning to evening. Walking distance to the sea with swimming area, sitting area, barbecue, play equipment and volleyball court. Kitchen with all amenities. Dining table and seating for 9 people. Large living area with sofa, table and smart TV. Child friendly and quiet area with no traffic. Fire pit, trip stair chair, toys and games. The cabin is perfect for one or more families, or one or more couples. No partying or groups of people.

Huset er 180m², har stor parkeringsplass, og er bare 15 minutter fra Kolvereid sentrum. 1.etg er fullt utstyrt med møbler og har en fantastisk utsikt over fjorden. Det er innredet stort kjøkken, spise- og tvstue, peisestue, og ett bad i 1.etg. I 2.etg har vi fem soverom med 7 senger og plass til 10 personer. Det er 1stk 18ft Hansvik 40hk båter tilgjengelig for leie. Det koster 600kr å leie båten i døgnet. I naustet, som er bare 150m fra huset, er det sløyebenk, vann, strøm, og en fryser.
