Mit 2 Schlafzimmer und einem geräumigen Wohn- und Kochbereich, genießen Sie die Ruhe in unserem kleinen Bauerndorf in der Nähe von Echternach. Seit Sommer 2023 ist auch unser Aussenbereich fertiggestellt. Wir liegen in der Region Müllerthal und binnen Minuten erreicht man mit dem Auto die Wanderwege und Hotspots der kleinen luxemburger Schweiz, sowie in 25 Minuten die Hauptstadt Luxemburg.

The bright and friendly apartment with living room and bedroom is located on the garden floor of our house, which is accessible by an external staircase. Very good bus connection to the city center. In the district there is a cafe, an ice cream parlor, two pizzerias and many shops (10 min walk) and lots of greenery. The property is located in a quiet residential area. Free parking is available on the property or directly in front of the house or in the main street, 100m from the house.

The small hallway leads into the living room with small kitchenette (fridge, microwave, double induction hob). Coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, pots, spices, oil, vinegar available. Bedroom: 160 x 200. Double bed, dresser and clothes rail. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Wifi. Parking.

The quietly located, well-kept and bright apartment (28 sqm) in Trier-Ruwer-Höhenlage is located in the souterrain (1 floor down) of a 5-party house with views of the countryside. There is a small kitchenette in the entrance area. From here you can get straight into the bathroom with shower/toilet. On the left - separate from the kitchen area - is the spacious living/sleeping room. With a cozy sitting area, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you can relax very well here close to the nature.

Our house is in the Mosel-Saar-Ruwer wine-growing area. Discover Trier, the oldest city in Germany, the romantic Saarburg, as well as Luxembourg from here. Beautiful, large old apartment in the East Quarter

Familiar and scenic alternative is the atmosphere in the east district of Trier. The pedestrian zone with all the sights, museums and shopping, train station, but also nature, vineyards and beautiful hiking opportunities, everything is almost at your doorstep in 10 minutes. Nahkauf, bakery, wine shop, a late-night-town thank you and a burger and pizza take-away....all around the corner! Just like the train station and bus stop.
