Four apartments renovated in typical Tuscan style and equipped with every comfort.Every flat is composed by a living room with a double sofa' bed, a kitchen corner, a double bedroom and a bathroom. There is also a common room for all the guests with a fire place and a bigger kitchen. Place of hill very quiet and away from the stress cittadino.Close to major cities-of-art in Tuscany Florence 40km, 18km Lucca, Siena 70km, Pisa 40km and equidistant from the sea (Viareggio) and 40km from the mountain (abetone). Swimming pool and riding stables of all-internal-company. Apartment enabled for-hospitality-disabled. Easily accessible by car: Highway Firenze-mare A 11, exit Chiesina Uzzanese direction Pescia, indications for Uzzano Castle and then follow by location 'Pianacci. By airplane: Airports in Florence or PIsa about 40km By train: Pescia station about 8km Every guest will be 'honored with the company's products (oil and wine) on arrival.

The Abbacio apartment is part of an old farmhouse that has been restored respecting the original structure and style. Its location is just on the top of the hill, facing the valley. Surronded by vineyards and olive trees, but also attached to the village. From the house you can easily reach by feet wineries, farms and restaurants. Panzano is halfway between Florence and Siena, easily reached with car. By bus there is a good service from and to Florence, not from and to Siena. A very quiet spot!

The MOONLIT & SUNNY COTTAGE near Florence

IL COLLE DI FALTUGNANO: immersed in an olive grove on a Tuscan hills and with an amazing view of the valley, the stone cottage has been remarkably recovered a few months ago, a caravanserai a few century ago. In a strategic position close to Florence is a good base for exploring Tuscany and be independent at the same time with supermarkets and restaurants just a few minutes away. Close to a farmhouse you can buy fresh local organic ingredients, such as bio vegetables, eggs or cheese.

Old farmhouse with garden

The house dating back to about 1600 has been perfectly restored. Its very thick stone walls make sure that the temperature is optimal in winter and summer. In addition to the charm of the old house, it has the advantage of being located on the nearest hill to the city center, Pistoia. This is why you can admire the view of the city from above. The old town is only 3 km away. My house is therefore an excellent starting point to visit nearby cities such as Prato, Florence and Lucca.
