Ideal space for couples, a family and child or two couples, located in Penrith within walking distance of all the local amenities required. Ideally located close to the M6, A6 and A66 for onward travel. The Lake District is 15 minute drive away, Ullswater being the closest lake. Poplar hiking fells Blencathra and Hellvelyn are 20-30 minutes to parking locations. Holme Riggs avenue is a quiet residential area of Penrith, the house has a drive way and on street parking, with outside space too.
