As waterfront as you can get! Perched on the coastline in beautiful Conception Bay (15-20 minute drive from St. John's airport & downtown) the views from this property are amazing. People who enjoy nature - watching whales breach, icebergs melt, seabirds frolic, storms brew, fishermen fish, the sun set, or those who like to hike, kayak, dive, generally explore - will especially appreciate this unique property and the experiences it offers. Spurrell’s Heritage Home is a 4 Star Canada Select Beachfront Vacation Home. Situated on the land his Great Grandmother Spurrell bought in 1930, owner Dustin Spurrell has recreated a vacation home that has been said to be the best kept secret around. The original house was torn down in 1968. In later years, a barn-shed was converted into a 1 bedroom cabin for Dustin's late Grandmother Sarah Spurrell. In 2010, Dustin opened Spurrell's Heritage Home as a tribute to his families past.

The Bird House- 3 bed unique home with Hot tub

This unique place has a style all of its own and offers a stunning view of trinity bay. All 3 levels have 1 bedroom with there own bathroom plus amazing ocean view from each window. The lower level you will find all the floors are heated along with a heat pump and a wood stove for cooler nights and a hot tub outside. The top level consist the master bedroom with its own ensuite. Outside has a warp around deck so you can enjoy the sun and the ocean breeze from any angle.
