'Listowel' is a cosy little Cottage sitting in amongst tropical fauna with a salt water swimming pool nestled in the backyard.....lovely on a hot summer's day to swim and relax on our loungers. Located in a new subdivision on a quiet cul-de-sac, our near new home offers private access to a spacious room and a beautiful private bathroom, all private. With modern, new furniture, this is a stylish and comfortable room. On-site parking is down our private driveway. Enjoy unlimited Wifi. Located 10 mins drive to New Plymouth CBD, 3 mins to the local store & petrol station, just 7 mins to Countdown & laundromat. Cafes are plentiful with the nearest 3 mins down the road. Grandma's Cottage is little, quaint and cosy. The Cottage, with its own entrance has one bedroom and bathroom . One street away from the wonderful Coastal walkway, why wouldn't you stay here ! Walk along the walkway into Town where there are numerous Cafe's, Restaurants, Shops, Puke Ariki, Govett-Brewster Art Gallery / Len Lye Centre, all well worth a visit. Pukekura Park and TSB Bowl of Brooklands, (Where the famous World Festival, Womad is held in March) all are only a pleasant walk away.

We offer you a private, warm, small quiet space neatly contained on the ground floor of our family home. Our quiet street sits right above the ocean where you can hear the lapping waves of the Tasman sea from your private courtyard, and have unlimited views out to the horizon. You'll want a camera for the sunsets. The entrance to the room is separate from the entrance to our house, so one has complete privacy. We offer modern bicycles for guest use at the cost of $20 per day, per bike.

Greetings, enjoy our well appointed 3 bedroom residence which has excellent indoor outdoor flow with a pleasant cityscape view from the deck. This sunny home has a fully equipped kitchen with gas cooking. The open plan concept has a light filled dining area and the spacious lounge has a heatpump and gas heating. The two roomy double bedrooms and one single room are comfortable and airy. Close to the CBD attractions, parks and the fabulous coastal walkway.
