'Listowel' is a cosy little Cottage sitting in amongst tropical fauna with a salt water swimming pool nestled in the backyard.....lovely on a hot summer's day to swim and relax on our loungers. Walk 2 minutes down our road and enjoy a spectacular view of Mount Taranaki on a clear day. Walkway around the corner - 30 minutes bike ride to Fitzroy Beach/Te Rewa Rewa bridge. Please note : -We are 10 minutes drive to the heart of the city. -Please expect traffic noise -Our home is on the same property -Must love cats (!)

Self contained 2 bedroom, lounge & bathroom guest suite 200m from the coastal walkway. 1.5km to CBD restaurants, cafes & bars. 5min walk to Port area, beach & restaurants. 1.9km to hospital. New Plymouth & Taranaki has so much to offer. Lots of parks & walks & great FREE attractions We'd love to share this with you so come see us. We live on site upstairs. There is NO OVEN or HOBBS in your space just a fridge, microwave, jug & toaster. The spa pool is no longer available.

Comfortable self contained studio, with own access, 1 Double bed, own shower and toilet, kitchenette with microwave, fridge, toaster , hot plate 2 elements., TV. Shopping centres, laundrette, takeaways, and cafes nearby. We no longer supply breakfast but milk, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and sugar is supplied. Off street parking. 5 minutes to airport, 2 minutes to the beach and walkway. NOTE: due to thickness of the concrete walls WIFI is positional. ADULTS ONLY
