This is a 1,200 sq ft private in-law apartment with your own locked entrance completely separate from the house. The 1st floor has two bedrooms with new queen beds and a full bath. The 2nd floor has a full kitchen, pull out couch, full bath and room for an inflatable bed. Child and dog friendly with pack n play and water bowls on hand. 3 bedroom house on a quiet street. 5mins down the road from ESPN and Lake Compounce. Kid friendly. Pet friendly. Workspace available. 1 bedroom w/ king bed. 1 bedroom w/ queen bed. 1 bedroom w/ 2 twin beds. Fully finished basement with 60inch TV, kids toys and fitness equipment/stationary bike. Deck and below deck hang out space. Though we aren’t living here full time, it’s still the place we call home, and we will use it when it’s not booked. Long stays welcome.

This is a great in-law style apartment which was fully renovated in 2020. It can be booked for short stays or more lengthy visits to Northeast CT. The apartment is one minute from Scenic route 169 and Route 6. It is 30 minutes to UCONN and ECSU. We are close toThe Pomfret School/Rectory School. It is 35 mins to Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods. My place is rural and peaceful. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families.
