There is swimming, surfing, fishing, paddle boarding, and miles of endless beach at your door step. This spectacular 2 story house with breath taking views sits directly on Misquamicut Beach. Charming beach house in Beautiful Niantic! Come Relax at our little Gem on the water. Private beach just a few steps from the sunroom door. Enjoy the beach and the scenic coastal area . Close to the Niantic Boardwalk, Mystic and Casinos. Lots of restaurants nearby and shopping. Also a Salt cave down the street! Which stove is not in use for guest because of insurance reasons.
