Fully-furnished 1-bedroom apartment. ONE parking space is available in the garage and plentiful street parking (the garage cannot accommodate large/oversize vehicles). IMPORTANT NOTE: There is no street parking between Nov. 1 and April 1. This is a well-kept older home with not too many quirks. The apartment is on the top level of the house. In the event you may have allergies or other concerns, be aware that the owner lives on the first level of the home with a dog.

Take it easy at this unique 1 bedroom/2 bed , 1.5 bath A Frame on the Chocolay River approximately 5 miles from downtown Marquette. There is a Q bed upstairs with an attached full bath with shower/no tub and a Full size sofa/futon downstairs with a half bath on the main floor. There is a narrow spiral stairway leading upstairs. The washer and dryer and electric sauna are located in the basement which has an outdoor entrance only, accessible by the outdoor stairway.
