Incredible Views from a Poolside Oasis

Offering a panoramic view of Stobreč Bay, and river mouth of Žrnovnica, Garden View Villa, just 500 m from nearby beach, offers ravishing view, but also offers comfortable and quiet garden space for private moments. This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. It has a large living room, connected to the dining room and a kitchen (with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, an oven and stovetop) . It also has 2 bedrooms, a spacious furnished balcony, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, 1.5 bathrooms that are equipped with a washing machine, shower and a hairdryer. The property provides towels and bed linen. Within the apartment there is free private parking.

Rooftop Apartment with stunning view

House is placed on a little hill and environment is very peaceful, it has great view (mountains on the north and sea and islands on the south) and its 600 m from the main road and buss station and about 800 m from the sea. There are plenty sports activities that You can do in close range (hiking, biking, diving, golf, tennis, zipline, canyoning) and also there are many Restaurants and Bars along the beach. If you want to visit Split it will only take You 15 min with bus to get there.

Comfy and a bright space with a large terrace with a beautiful view to the city port. The apartment is placed in the quiet part of Jelsa, but really close to the city center. Big sand beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You can also swim literally in the front of the apartment, on the small dock. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.
