Welcome! We have two free parking spaces available, but you can also park directly in front of the apartment. It goes via stairs to the living area, so unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. The living, sleeping and kitchen area is very cozy and there is an individual wooden bathtub available, from which you can also watch TV. The toilet is a separate room. W-Lan is available. It can also be eaten outdoors, e.g. on our Bachbrücke or in the stables.

Just next to Sinsheim station is this large, newly renovated apartment with a living area of 75 square meters in the district town of Sinsheim in the middle of the Kraichgaus. Ideal for commuters/train travelers, but also for drivers, as the apartment has its own parking space. Through the large windows there is always natural light at your disposal and sunsets you can enjoy from the comfort of the couch.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Spaziergänge sind im nahen Wald möglich. Gleichzeitig sind aber diverse Geschäfte in Fußnähe, z. B. Bäckerei, dm-Drogerie, Penny ,ALDI, Kaufland, Apotheke und Rewe, ebenso ein großer Bio-Laden. Vor dem Haus befindet sich die Haltestelle für den Stadtbus. Auch ist der Bahnhof Mosbach-West fußgängig zu erreichen.

The apartment has been completely renovated in 2018 and delighted by its bright and friendly decor, it is practical and cozy. The comfort you desire for a few days' holiday (or a business trip) awaits you. The apartment itself can be reached via about 70 stairs (is therefore not barrier-free), south-west slope with separate entrance. Recently there is also a fireplace. Welcome!
