Excellent apartment in the best area of Ponta Negra. Retired July 2023. Close to the beach, shops, restaurants, cinema, bars, bus, taxi and general commerce. Quiet and safe, with a 24-hour front desk, located on the 3rd floor. Large and clean. One bedroom with double bed, another with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, both with wardrobe and air conditioning. This little paradise is located on the boardwalk of Ponta Negra beach, the most charming neighborhood with the best urban structure in Natal. The hotel has an excellent water park, restaurant, pool bar, gym, and covered parking. Wifi is available in the suite and all of the hotel's premises. Please note: the suite has no sea view.
