Village house renovated in 2022 with garden, covered terrace and balcony upstairs, on a very quiet street, close to all shops (bakery, restaurant, bank, doctor, pharmacy, fishmonger, tobacco, Intermarché, Aldi, Lidl...). Thursday and Sunday big market at 1 minute walk. Guests can enjoy the beaches of Barcarès and Torreilles (5km), Leucate Rider spot (10 min), Spain (40 min), 10 min from the Village de Noel du Barcarès. The house is 80 m2 and garden is 50 m2.

Very nice sunny apartment, quiet .

My place is close to the village and restaurants. In winter, the square hosts 3 markets. In summer, the streets are also invested in all that makes the Mediterranean markets charming. The nearest beach is 800 m away. You'll love my place because of the brightness, the comfort, the outdoor space. To climb up to the apartment there is a staircase with Japanese steps that is not suitable for young children as well as for people with limited mobility.
