THE HOUSE --------------- Single story private house with fully fenced yard with a 6-person secluded hot tub. Kitchen beautifully updated in November. - Air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout the house - 4 Bedrooms: two king, two queen. Rooms have a dresser with a mirror, TV, AC, and a ceiling fan. - 2 full Bathrooms plus an outdoor hot water shower - Green energy home – low carbon footprint with solar panels Our home does not have any stairs which makes it easy for small children or others that find stairs difficult. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION --------------------------------------------- Located in the heart of sunny South Kihei near the famous Kamaole white sand beaches. 10-minute walk to just about everything: -Kalama Beach Park (playground, tennis, volleyball, basketball, and more) -Over 23 restaurants, coffee shops, and bars -Shops, boutiques, open air markets -Farmers market and grocery store -The Cove Beach Park (paddle boarding and beginner surfing) -Kamaole Beach Park 1, 2, 3 (Kam 1 is a 20-min walk. All beaches within a 5-minute drive) Quick Drive (15-20 minutes): -Famous Makena Beach, Wailea and world class golf courses -Airport Stroll in cute little shops while trying some local shave ice. Make delicious Hawaiian smoothies from our fruit trees (papaya, lime, tangerine, and passion fruit) and the farmers market at the end of our street. 5-star luxury resort mattresses (Sealy Posturepedic) with 400+ thread count pima cotton sheets and down pillows assures a good night’s sleep in a quiet neighborhood. FOR THE BEACH --------------------- Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, boogie boards, beach toys, coolers, ice packs, and a variety of snorkel gear provided. Lots of extras as well. Maui County approved vacation rental. We are a legally permitted vacation rental. For private homes, we are required by the County of Maui to have all guests registered on the rental agreement and signatures of every adult confirming acceptance of House Policies. It is a simple process using DocuSign for electronic signatures. The entire home (4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) and private fenced yard and hot tub is only for the guests. Guests can call, text, or email us with any needs or questions they may have. Our housekeeper and our maintenance person live just down the street and can be at the house within 5 minutes for any urgent items. The house boasts easy access to the park, the beach, restaurants, shops, and a fresh market all close by. Walk down the street to a friendly cafe for breakfast or stroll along the shore watching carefree turtles and determined surfers. We have private onsite parking. Great location central to everything and very walkable or a quick drive. A public bus stop is located about 5 minutes from the house.
