Lovely quiet 2 Bedroom 1930's Bungalow in the heart of Napier. Only a short walk to Marine Parade and Napier City. Perfect for a couple or two couples with two double bedrooms. Great garden to enjoy Hawke's Bay's summer and a glass of wine in the warm evenings. All linen and towels are provided which can be serviced depending on length of stay. The kitchen is fully equipped if you decide to cook at home, or you are only minutes away from the many restaurants, cafes and bars Napier has to offer. Bedroom 1 is a queen bed, Bedroom 2 is King Single bunks(Suitable for Adults),and the extra bed is a fold out couch in the lounge. Suitable for couples or families up to 6 . Golding Road is walking distance to Church Road Winery (1.7KM) ,Mission Estate (2.4KM). Pettigrew Green Arena is 1.8km, and the Mitre10 Sports Park is a 10 min drive. It is a short walk to Taradale Shops.

Hardinge Road is probably the most sort after location in Napier. This award winning home is designed to take in the gorgeous ocean views from both balconies. Within walking distance, is the Ahuriri Shopping Centre & a quaint movie theatre. Also along the waterfront are many restaurants and bars. There are heaters in all the bedrooms & a lift which can be activated if required. The master bedroom &living areas are upstairs with a full bathroom. The home is spacious, light and clean with comfortable beds (all linen, pillows and towels provided), wheelchair access and a lift if you have problems with mobility.
