This is a 300-pyeong private house located in a tranquil cottage village near Seoul. It is towards Namhyang, so the morning sunlight shines very warmly. It is located near the valley, so it is the perfect place to stay for a summer vacation. To provide clean and minimalist accommodations, we want to limit the maximum number of guests to 3 for the time being. When visiting with infants under 2 years old and under, the maximum is 4 people. Guests can independently use the first floor of the two-story house and the garden. The owner's house lives on the second floor and the entrance is separated to the entrance for a private time. It is a neighborhood where quiet houses are gathered, so it is a good accommodation for those who enjoy a tranquil rest time. [BBQ] Standing barbecue grill + grill can be prepared, and the additional cost is 15,000 won. A quiet and meaningful cottage on the shores of Paldang Lake, Joan-myeon, Namyangju-si. The second-floor annex overlooking the lake has been refurbished in a flowering-age style to make it a space where parents and memories are shared. The lower floor is a mini gallery, and you can use the espresso machine and bottled water there. The building looks like the main house, but the structure is completely separate. On the second floor, the shower room, bedroom, living room, balcony, office space, and kitchen facilities are completely separated. Beautiful Paldang Lake perimeter path, small forest perimeter path, and riverside bike path. Abundance. Fertility and Natural Ecological Parks. Catholic Horse Sanctuary. Fertility Covenant House. Museum of Practice. Pretty cafes and restaurants are all within a 10-minute walk. This is Ogatjip Stay “Warak” where the actual stream flows next to the yard:) It is a space full of outdoor bonfires in the sunny yard and the warm sensibility of a warm party light vacation:) We will wash and prepare warm grandmother's kimjang vest and grandmother's flower pants according to the number of people coming:) There is a wood stove in the center of the 🌳living room, so it is full of warmth. It is located under Jungmisan, so you can do simple tracking for about an hour round trip. We have a family of cats living in the house, so cats sometimes gather around the barbecue.
