OBX Sunny and 75 In beautiful Kill Devil Hills!!

Our house is coastal themed with comfortable beds, and plenty of places to relax inside and out! We are blocks away from Avalon Pier, several grocery stores, the local cinema and two GREAT beach accesses! The sound is a few blocks behind us and boasts stunning sunsets!The beautiful beach is only 3 1/2 blocks away!!! We are located West of the Bypass, but there is a convenient crosswalk to use about a block and a half from us if you choose to walk to the beach. We provide many beach essentials!

A lovely beach house located on a quiet cul-de-sac just across the street from the beach. Decorated with cool beach vides w/ all brand new furniture in the heart of Kill Devil Hills. The beach is across the cross walk just a 1/2 mile away with free public parking. The sound is a half mile away as well with a beautiful walk/bike path that takes you directly to the Wright Brother's Memorial or you can see sunsets at the gazebo. We have a covered porch and full back yard w/ an outdoor shower.

Enjoy our completely remodeled home. Fresh paint, new carpet, renovated kitchen with new appliances and all new mattresses and bedding for 2020. The outdoor spaces are endless. Original 1954 Southern Shores flat top which has been completely renovated. You will have the entire first floor. Owners added a second story and reside upstairs. Very private with a separate entry. Just a short walk of 1/4 mile to the beach. House includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, full kitchen and covered front porch. 50 inch tv with roku, WiFi. There is a private back yard and an outside shower. 2 parking spaces for guests.

This is a great beach get away for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). In season (from April thru September) we only do full week Sunday to Sunday rentals.
