Peaceful holiday near the sea ("Golden Coast")

Perhaps the main feature of this property is the special peaceful atmosphere of the place where the house is located. You will be staying on the second floor of the house, located 3 minutes walk to the sea descent. Fresh sea air. You will have your own cozy courtyard with a grill, bathroom and outdoor shower. The house has two separate bedrooms with comfortable sleeping places, a living room with two sofas, a little kitchen and a spacious bathroom. Particularly convenient for family rest with children.

HOUSE SEAVIEW

The house is on the shore of the black sea , literally to leave the territory and will descend on stairs (10 steps ) . Behind it is a sandy big beach !! The city center is a 40-minute drive (15-minute drive in the evening). There are neighbors only on weekends , but their windows do not open to the territory of the house and the surrounding area!! Also we can organize fishing , and also every morning on this beach the longboat comes, brings fish which you then see on bringing in in Odessa !!!

The house is located in the fenced, protected area "Pine Bor". It has 1 tennis court and a small swimming pool. House in two floors. 2 bathrooms with boilers and showers. Decorative stove/fireplace (firewood provided). Maximum occupancy is 8 adults +2 children (on sofa). The house has a parking space for 2 cars. With great desire - 3 cars. There is a small outdoor veranda and 12 hundred private outdoor areas. The beach is 600 metres from the paved road.

You can get to the Gold Coast beach (16th station of the Big Fountain) in 5 minutes by car. The beaches are sparse, with no breakwaters. You can see and hear them from the window. Perfect place to stay from metropolitan areas.
