Our cabin is a studio with a hot tub & all the amenities. A queen bed, linens, towels, small refrigerator/freezer, microwave, single burner cook plate, dishes, utensils, glassware, pots & pans, toaster & coffee maker. Roku Tv & dvd player with movies. The cabin's bathroom is simular to a cruise ship, you step up into your shower. There is also an private outdoor shower. There is a fire pit with an attached grill & hibachi. We have a garden area & privacy fence between our home & the cabin.

Apartment is only one mile to hospital and is in walking distance to Plattsburgh State University. Perfect for Cardinal sports fans and parents as the PSUC Field house is located in the backyard. Large driveway can accommodate boats for fishing tournament guests. Unit is located upstairs with short, wide staircase. Unit is very clean and in safe neighborhood!

This is a stand alone studio cottage with a lovely screened porch. Our cottage is located on our 7 acre residential lot. This is not a rural property. We work hard on all our gardens, with a lovely pond . Perfect spot to enjoy the Autumn foliage as well to go off leaf peeping in the Adirondacks. You can take advantage of the Plattsburgh City Beach and two Local State park beaches within a few minutes drive, all beaches offer a sandy beach, and swimming.

Walking distance to downtown restaurants and to the walking trail by the lake - and 1 hour from Burlington, Montreal, and Lake Placid. Apartment is attached to our house, so we can assist you in any way. Handicap accessible with a no-step shower/no steps to enter house. House is on a quiet street- and bedrooms have room darkening curtains which means a great night’s rest!

Newly renovated building on 52 private acres with nice walking trails. Overlooks small trout stream and active beaver pond. Located at the Northeastern entrance to the Adirondack Park, we are conveniently placed to begin an ADK adventure. We are familiar with most of the trailheads and are on site to help in any way we can. We do not allow campfires on the property because of the high fire risk.

Fully furnished kitchen, bath with shower. Quiet space. No smoking indoors. No cats. Dogs allowed but must be well behaved and stay off of the furniture and bedding. Check-in @ 3 PM and beyond.
