Mariposa is truly a special place to stay! Nestled on a 10 acre horse farm this loft apartment gives you the best views in Southern Pines horse country. Close to golf, too. This new farm offers several options...either a one bedroom with a large king size bed, or a two bedroom for $30 more a night (choose the 3 guest option). The second bedroom has a double bed. Enjoy the large living space and a full kitchen. The deck looking over the lakes assures a relaxing stay. A favorite spot of Guests!

Cottage on the Farm

The cozy cottage is located between downtown Aberdeen and the horse park at Five Points. It's been nicely renovated though we still have things left to do, mainly painting. Some appliances are old and have some rust on the outside but they are clean and work fine. The cottage is fairly secluded since it's on a farm. Our house is on the same farm. We work and walk by the cottage. We try not to make much noise during guests' stays. Though animals may at times need to be tended to at night.

Beautiful little guest house on our horse farm with view of the horses and picturesque little pond. Feel free to go seat by the pond, and see the horses. We accept housebroken pets with a 50 dollar (non-refundable fee). The little house is in a quiet and relaxing place not far from Southern Pines, Pinehurst, Aberdeen and Carthage. We live on our farm so if you need anything we will be right there.
